Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
We are proud to personally deliver flowers throughout Kokomo and the surrounding areas we serve. Our delivery zones and fees are based on distance from our shop so we can provide reliable, timely service while keeping delivery costs reasonable.
Delivery Areas & Fees
Delivery fees vary by location and are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. We currently deliver to select communities surrounding Kokomo. If your address is outside our regular delivery area, please contact us and we’ll be happy to see if we can accommodate your order.
Delivery Cutoff Times
For same-day delivery, please place your order by 3:00 pm Mon-Fri and 11:00 am Sat. Same-day delivery is subject to flower availability and our delivery schedule. Orders placed after the cutoff may be delivered the following business day.
When No One Is Home
IIf no one is available when we arrive, our driver will first call the recipient using the phone number provided with the order. If there is no answer, the driver will contact our shop, and we will also attempt to reach the recipient from the shop phone.
If we are able to reach someone, we will coordinate the delivery with them based on their instructions and the circumstances at the delivery location.
If we are unable to reach anyone, we will assess the conditions at the location and determine whether it is safe and appropriate to leave the arrangement. If the arrangement can be safely left, our driver will do so in a suitable location.
If we determine that the arrangement should not be left, it will be returned to our shop for safekeeping and a re-delivery will need to be arranged. When an arrangement is brought back to the shop, we will leave a door tag notifying the recipient that we attempted delivery and that their flowers are waiting at the shop.

Please provide accurate delivery information, including the recipient's address, phone number, and any helpful delivery instructions. While we cannot guarantee that every special request can be accommodated, we will always do our best to make the delivery special.

We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a return.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
